As wood is a natural material, please note that product components made from wood may contain variations in grain/texture/pattern/color which are not considered defects.

Processing and Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed/shipped. Certain orders may require additional processing time. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that estimated shipping times are calculated based on the date the package leaves our warehouse.

United States = 7-12 business days

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Certain locations may incur additional delivery time, and may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, we will contact you to receive your authorization before shipping out your order.

If your order is lost/held/damaged in transit, please contact us for assistance.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect shipping information being provided, or due to issues with the recipient (e.g. recipient refusing delivery). In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for all related reshipment costs.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not accept returns on our products and/or offer refunds. Defective products can be exchanged for the identical product, provided the exchange has been pre-authorized by us, and the exchange is requested within 3 days of the order having been received. To request a product exchange, contact us via our website contact form with your order number and the reason for needing to exchange the product. Please note that because our products are handcrafted, there will naturally be variations in product finish/appearance. Such variations will not be accepted as a valid reason to exchange a product. Products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging, include all original product parts/pieces, and be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
