Three interchangeable, stainless-steel reservoir modules (each engineered with a unique water dispersal profile) allow customization of the brewing process according to the characteristics of the coffee you are using, and your own personal taste.

Filter

A reusable, stainless-steel filter (featuring an ultra-fine inner mesh layer to prevent coffee grounds from leaking through) provides optimized extraction of the natural oils and flavor compounds in your coffee, without the need for disposable paper filters.

Frame

The frame of every PLUVIA system is handcrafted from premium-grade hardwood and protected by a natural-oil-based, food safe, zero-VOC finish.
